The API key you enter is stored locally on your device and is only used to authenticate directly with the LLM provider's API when you make requests. It is never shared with our servers or any third parties.
Even if you use the same browser across multiple devices, you must provide the API key separately on each device. This ensures that your API key remains secure and private.
When you click the "Summarize" button or ask a question, the content is transmitted directly to the LLM provider's API to generate a response.
If no action is taken, no data will be transmitted anywhere, ensuring your privacy is maintained.
AskLLM does not have access to any of your data.
Your use of LLM provider's services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policy.
Note: This policy ensures your data remains under your control at all times.
